Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP or your own currency. If is also possible to pay in Euros, please choose this method in the drop down menu and we will send you an euro invoice via paypal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We use ABC Hand Delivery & Royal Mail for UK delivery's & Interlink for Mainland Europe & Rep. Ireland.

Our courier will require a signature upon delivery please make sure someone will be at the address provided.

Note:Shipping to islands in UK & Europe may incur a surcharge. You will be notified once your order is placed or please call 0044 208 2453476 for a quote.

Delivery Schedule We despatch your order right away. We aim to deliver your order to you in 3 business days (mainland uk) and 7 days (international)

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If this happens you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from Pipedreams Ltd.

However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below.

If you return the product within 14 days of the date on which you receive it, in its original condition including packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If you return an item to us which is faulty, incorrect, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
